We want you to feel that each item is a perfect match for your home. If you feel that it is not a good fit, we can help you return or exchange it.

Items purchased from Casahomelighting can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, except for custom items and promotional items. Return shipping is required. Items must be in their original condition and packaging intact to be returned.

 

 

Cancellation Policy
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team at by email:info@casahomelighting.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, and changes may not be possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, if the item you ordered has already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

Before installing or using the product, please carefully check the following when the product arrives:

1) Scan the package for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the contents.

4)If the return is not due to product quality, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee

If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, please do not sign for it. Please inform your delivery person and contact us so that we can arrange a replacement. Appliances cannot be returned once they have been installed.

 

 

Return Policy
Manufacturing Defects, Missing Products, or Shipping Damage:

If the product you ordered has a manufacturing defect upon delivery, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will re-ship it.

If you received less than the quantity you ordered, please contact us. We will replace the missing items as soon as we confirm.

If your package was damaged during packaging or shipping, please provide photos. Once our team reviews and approves your package, we will re-ship or refund you in full.

Please ensure that the photos you submit are clear and unblemished. Providing high-quality photos will help us resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible. Please contact us within 3 days of your order being delivered.

 


Please note:


If the return is caused by the consumer, the shipping cost shall be borne by the consumer, and the specific cost shall be subject to the courier you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost.
If there is a problem with the quality of our products, or if there is a shipping error or omission, we will resend or replace the products for you.

 

 

We will not provide return service for the following non-merchant reasons:


1.) Wrong size: Our sizes and measurements are marked on the product page. Please purchase according to the product description. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.


2.) The color does not match your cabinet: Due to the limitations of shooting technology, our products may have a slight color difference. If you cannot accept this, please purchase with caution.


3.) The product cannot be delivered in time because the delivery address or zip code you provided is incorrect.


4.) Non-store reasons


Once we agree to your return, we will refund all refunds to the account you used to pay for the order within 10 working days when your package arrives at our warehouse and is approved.

All returns must be processed and approved by us within 30 calendar days after receiving your package.

Please contact us within 14 calendar days after receiving the package.

 

 

Exchange Policy
We provide exchange service. If you need to exchange for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 calendar days after receiving the package. Please confirm the exchange details when contacting us.

After we agree to exchange for you, please send the received goods back in the original condition, and the goods must not affect our secondary sales.

When your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and verification is completed, we will resend the goods you want to exchange within 30 working days.

Although we provide free exchange service, you still need to bear all postage incurred during the return process.
