Will the light work in my home?
Check the product dimensions, voltage, bulb requirements, dimming information and installation requirements. For US or Canadian projects, ask us to confirm the exact fixture specifications and any applicable certification before ordering.
Where can I check delivery and returns?
Ordinary return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt; approved items must reach us within 30 calendar days of receipt. Custom and promotional items are excluded. Review our shipping policy and return policy. For a custom order, confirm the delivery estimate and order-specific return or cancellation terms with our team first.
What should I send for a custom request?
Include the product name or link, desired dimensions or finish, quantity, delivery ZIP or postal code and your target installation date. Contact Casa Home to discuss feasibility.
