Casahomelighting Lighting Warranty
Casahomelighting warrants the following catalog products and parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the following period. This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser (as the case may be).

Warranty Period
All Casahomelighting products come with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents.

We Shipped Damaged Items
After receiving the goods, the buyer has 30 days to unpack and inspect the goods. Please unpack and inspect the goods for damage or missing items. After unpacking, please keep photos or video evidence of the damaged goods and contact us in time. We will resend the damaged parts or complete sets of lamps free of charge. Shipping costs are borne by the seller. If you find damage more than 30 days after signing for it, we will handle it based on the evidence you provide. Shipping costs are borne by you. We recommend that you unpack and inspect the goods for damage immediately after receiving the goods. This ensures that you receive the warranty rights you deserve.

Non-human damage lamps
Two years from the date of purchase. If the lamp is damaged not due to human factors, we will replace the damaged parts or the complete lamp free of charge.

What will we do?
Casahomelighting will repair or replace any defective product or part free of charge during the applicable warranty period. The warranty covers the product or part as described above. This applies to defects in material and/or workmanship under normal conditions of installation, use and maintenance. If repair or replacement is impractical, we may choose to refund the purchase price and return the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from the original supplied parts.

What is not covered?
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, the following are not covered by other warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: fair wear and tear, voltage outside the North American standard voltage range of 108 to 132 VAC (60HZ), force majeure, misuse (including use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose), abuse, improper packaging of the product returned to Casahomelighting, neglect, and improper or incorrect installation, maintenance or repair. This warranty also applies if applicable care and cleaning instructions are not followed. We recommend that you hire a professional electrician to install and repair our products.
